Extended Hardware Warranty and Support
Offshore Systems provides our customers the ability to extend the initial one year warranty for ECPINS® coverage for product replacement/repair. The extended warranty program gives ultimate protection for our customers to ensure end-user satisfaction in their investment of our products against costly repairs, service and software upgrade charges.

The extended hardware warranty program is available at time of original product purchase and ensures end-user satisfaction in their investment of Offshore Systems products against costly repairs and service charges.

Extended Software Warranty and Support
Offshore Systems provides our customers the ability to extend the initial one year warranty for ECPINS® coverage for software updates and upgrades. Offshore Systems will make available new software updates and software upgrades upon the release of the product general availability date. Offshore Systems will provide access to these new software releases from the software download section of our website or through our service partners.

The extended software warranty program is available at time of original product purchase and gives our customers the peace of mind that their product stays current with new software upgrades and product bulletins.
