Inco Ships is an Australian owned and operated company, based in Sydney, specialising in ship management. They provide the entire Ship Management service or a combination of Crew, Technical, Safety, Accounts, Operations or Commercial Management to suit an owners specific requirements.
The company's philosophy of "total cargo care" extends from marine transport to loading and unloading operations enabling Inco to provide a total solution to the main transport needs of their customers.
Project Profile
Inco Ships has been an Offshore Systems customer since November 2005 when they purchased four ECPINS 5000 systems.
In January 2007, three of INCO’s vessels (CSL Pacific, Stadacona and the Iron Chieftain) got S-VDR 5000 upgrades to their existing ECPINS systems. The unique architecture of Offshore Systems' IMO approved ECDIS and S-VDR combines the two systems in one console resulting in a space efficient installation.
It is expected that most of Inco's other ships will be fitted with S-VDR during the next two to three years and Offshore Systems’ S-VDR 5000 will be their preference.
