OSI Geospatial to List on TSX Venture Exchange and Voluntarily
Delist from Toronto Stock Exchange
Ottawa, Canada - OSI Geospatial Inc. (TSX: OSI) (“OSI Geospatial”) today announced that it will voluntarily delist its shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) and will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) effective at the opening of trading on February 28, 2011. The last day of trading on the TSX will be February 25, 2011. The Company will be classified as a Tier 1 Industrial Issuer on the TSXV, and its common shares will continue to trade under the symbol, “OSI”; the Company’s CUSIP number 67103T101 will also remain unchanged.
“It is the Board’s view that transferring the Company’s listing to the TSXV is beneficial to the Company and its
shareholders,” stated Ray Johnston, Chair of the Board of Directors of OSI Geospatial. “The Company meets all of the
qualifications to list on Tier 1 of the TSXV, the exchange’s premier tier reserved for its most advanced issuers, and
believes that a listing on the less costly TSXV is appropriate given the Company’s size, activities, market and financial
model.”
