-- Offshore Systems International Ltd. (TSX: OSI/ OTCBB: OFSYF) will be well represented at the International Fleet Review on June 28, 2005 in Portsmouth in the presence of Her Majesty the Queen to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar. About 160 vessels will be participating from more than 35 countries at the invitation of the Royal Navy in a rare event that dates back 600 years. Customers of OSI attending include the navies of Australia, Canada, Denmark, Portugal, the United Kingdom and the United States.

The Royal Navy is celebrating the Trafalgar bicentennial with a number of events, including the International Fleet Review, as part of SeaBritain 2005 honouring Britain’s maritime heritage. The last Fleet Review took place 28 years ago for the Queen’s Silver Jubilee in 1977, with 19 nations taking part. This year’s Review will be the largest ever in number of countries attending, and include a wide variety of warships, merchant ships, tall ships, private small boats, helicopters and other aircraft in sail and flypasts. In addition to commemorating the achievements of Admiral Lord Nelson and his victory at Trafalgar, Trafalgar 200 is also about recognizing the strong maritime bonds of friendship and heritage among so many countries globally. The program for June 28 from 1300 to 2300 includes a Fleet Review by HM The Queen, a fly past, a sail past, an air display, a re-enactment of a 19th century sea battle, a fireworks display, and lighting up of The Fleet.

OSI’s world-leading electronic chart navigation system will be on board several vessels attending the Review highlighting the fleet’s advanced technology, including the HMCS Montreal from Canada and the HMS Illustrious, HMS Nottingham and HMS Westminster from the United Kingdom. The Royal Navy has referred to electronic chart navigation as a “world-class system” and “an important step forward in the history of the British Navy’s navigation.”
