A $420,000 new contract win for Mapcon Mapping in the U.S.

Vancouver, Canada
— Offshore Systems International Ltd.’s (TSX: OSI/ OTCBB: OFSYF) Mapcon Mapping company has won a new prime contract with Lake Havasu City Public Works Department in Arizona for CDN$420,000.

“This demonstrates the powerful positive synergy between OSI and Mapcon Mapping, which we acquired earlier this year,” said John Jacobson, OSI President and CEO.

Jacobson said a key goal for the company’s land mapping business is to significantly expand prime contract work. “This new prime contract is from an opportunity that neither company would have pursued in the past. The combined group has the capacity and the strength to win and to perform,” Jacobson explained. “We’re very focused on growing our land mapping prime contract work throughout North America.”
