Kenneth Kirkpatrick
President and CEO, OSI Geospatial Inc.
Kenneth Kirkpatrick is the President and CEO of OSI Geospatial and has been since November 2005. Ken joined OSI in May 2001 and held the position of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to OSI, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Triathlon Limited, a geospatial data services company, where he played a pivotal role in Triathlon’s aggressive growth. Prior to joining Triathlon, Ken was Vice President, International Operations of PSC Communications, an engineering and training services company, where he led a major restructuring effort that resulted in significant revenue and profit growth. Both of these companies were subsidiaries of MacDonald Dettwiller and Associates, a leading Canadian aerospace and defense company. Over his 25 year career, Ken has developed extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions and has directly managed several acquisitions from identification and negotiations through to closure and integration.
Jim Girard
Chief Financial Officer
Jim Girard is the Chief Financial Officer of OSI. Jim joined OSI in 2007 and in his current role provides leadership in the development of financial objectives, programs, and strategies to meet the long and short-term goals of OSI. Jim has over 17 years of experience working in the finance sector. He has worked in senior management positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young involved in audit and advisory assignment including large scale due diligence projects, internal control evaluations, and business process re-engineering assignments. Jim has also held the position of Head of Risk Management at a major Middle Eastern Bank involved in all aspects of risk control and mitigation. Most recently, he held the position of CFO of a small Vancouver-based technology company, which included being responsible for IT, HR, and general operations. Jim is a Canadian qualified Chartered Accountant.
